September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month! L.D. Barksdale took time to celebrate with Sickle Cell Lights of Hope, a patient led group based in Greenville, SC to share eye opening stories from sickle cell warriors. Our panelist include 3 of the 6 founding members of SCLOH: Erica Hunter, Latosha Palmer, and Shontrell Vereen. In this webinar we discuss some of the challenges that those with sickle cell face on a daily basis.
